If I Had Money

I am the type of girl who window shops online. I have links, images & wishlists of things I wish I could afford. I am also the type of girl who makes all of these lists for "one day" and, when that day arrives, I talk myself out of buying anything. You know, the type who goes into a store, finds a bunch of things they want only to walk around the store for an hour debating on whether or not they should buy them. These days I usually end up spending my money on postage, food and gas.

I think my next purchase is going to be a few of the washi tape holders. They stack on top of each other!  Super practical and adorable. Not sure where I will put them though, my desk space is incredibly limited these days! I guess before I purchase these I should look into getting some shelves. (There I go again!)

  1. You could hang them like lei's on shoelaces instead. It allows you to see what you have easier and not take up valuable desk space! I think we all window shop too much.

  2. I love those tape holders too but for now mine reside in boxes. Maybe that's a sign that I have too many and should be using them more!

  3. I like the shoelace idea and I think it would look really nice. I decided against doing it though because I feel like I would get annoyed when the tape I wanted was in the middle of them all. Haha :)

I agree, Angie - I need to start using mine more! I have too many :)

  6. Or maybe you could stack them on a paper towel holder (the kind with a dowel down the middle. Someone had the instructions for a nifty homemade washi tape dispenser posted not long ago with a cutter and everything. Sorry my memory is so bad or I'd tell you where it was, but I'm sure it's seachable. It was made out of pretty typical household items so you didn't need a Phd in carpentry to make it.
