Lazy Days

The past few days have been pretty fun but very laid back. Friday and Saturday, Bobby & I went over to my brother's fiancee's apartment to watch movies, hang out and eat fantastic dinners (thanks to his fiancee!). On Friday night, after hanging out with everyone, Bobby & I went down to Sunset Station to play his grandma's free play and Bobby ended up winning $250 on keno! It was amazing and totally needed. No more stressing about money! That should last us until I get my first paycheck.

I'm so looking forward to training and working but I'm so nervous about it! The closer it gets, the more nervous I am. I'm not alright with people watching me and analyzing what I'm doing especially in a place where I'm surrounded by strangers. I have 7 eight-hour days of training! Agh! Terrifying. Whatever, it will be over soon and I'll never look back :]

Today was a nice, extremely lazy day. After going to bed around 4 in the morning I woke up around 11 and sat around the house until 2 or 3! Bobby and I went to Guitar Center and got coffee in Town Square but left pretty quick since we were surrounded by a large amount of yuppies, cool kids and tourists due to Memorial Day. After that, had a nice lunch at Applebee's and went home to go swimming and smoke hookah.

I've got a lot of letters and postcards done these past few days but because I'm stupid and forgot about Memorial Day, they won't be sent out until Tuesday! Boo. I've also gotten a lot of nice things in the mail recently and hope my mailbox will be full of goodies this Tuesday.

  1. yay I'm glad you got my letter. I actually got all of those stamps off of craigslist! I got over 70 wooden rubber stamps for 20 dollars! I was very excited lol. Except for the people that had them before must have used paint on them or something so it was a mess cleaning them up but now they are as good as new!

Good luck with your new job! It always sucks during the training process but before you know it you will be an old pro haha.
